    Randy,

Thanks for the interesting seminar. I personally learned a lot and found a lot of mistakes I
was making in my troubleshooting efforts. If you have more classes, please notify us so we can
    get other techs in.

    Thanks,

    Dear Randy,

I wanted to write and thank you for the fun time my techs and I had at Tech Fest II.  We all really learned a ton about monitors, and your style of teaching made it so easy to understand monitors and how to troubleshoot them.  The monitor section of the classes were the main reason my techs and I went, and we were not disappointed.  I would also like to thank you for copies of your magazine.  What a great thing to have as a tech!  I have convinced my Slot Director that your magazine is a must for our shop.

Once again, thank you for your time and for sharing your vast knowledge about monitors.  I used to hate working on them, usually I would just give them to the bench techs to fix, bit now I want to play and repair them.  Thanks again, and if you are ever in Laughlin, come by and see us.  We would love to show you around.

    Sincerely,

    Charlie Minniear

     Randy,

I had such a great time at Tech Fest II.  Thank you so much.  I must say, I was a little
intimidated by the idea of electronics, but you did such a great job explaining complex topics
in an easy to understand way that I wasn't intimidated for long.  I was so amazed that at the
end of the three days I actually got it!  You have a real gift as an instructor - and as someone
who teaches Train the Trainer, I'm pretty keyed into these things!
